It's Your Journey, You Can Redefine it at Any Time!

Military & Veteran Resources
Thank You For Your Service
I am deeply passionate about helping military and veterans to heal and overcome the painful experiences they have faced during their time in the service; or family members in dealing with the aftermath of their loved ones' service. Through my work, I have seen firsthand the incredible impact that therapy can have on individuals and families navigating the difficult journey of transition and reintegration.
Active Duty & Veterans
I want to start by expressing my deepest gratitude for your brave and selfless service to our country. You have made incredible sacrifices for our nation, and your strength and bravery are truly commendable. You have already shown immense courage by seeking help and support. Remember that it is okay to ask for help, you are not defined by your trauma, and you have the power to heal and grow from this experience. It may not be easy, but I believe in your resilience and your ability to persevere.

Trauma and PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) are a common response to the challenges of military service, including exposure to combat, loss of battle buddies, and multiple deployments. Trauma can lead to a wide range of symptoms, including anxiety, depression, anger, flashbacks, and nightmares just to name a few, making it difficult to adjust to life after military service. At my practice, I specialize in helping veterans, members of the military, and military families work through the challenges of trauma and PTSD. My approach is based on evidence-based practices and tailored to the needs of each individual. Together, we will work to reduce symptoms, improve relationships, and empower you to move forward in your life with a sense of meaning and purpose. You are valuable, you are loved, and you are not alone. Please reach out to schedule your initial session today.
Caregivers & Family Support Members
I know that being a military spouse can be challenging, and I want to take a moment to acknowledge the sacrifices you make to support your loved ones in the military. From frequent moves to the uncertainty of deployments, I understand that the weight of the world can feel heavy on your shoulders at times.
Separation and deployments can be especially difficult for military spouses and children. The constant worry for your loved one's safety can be overwhelming, and the stress of managing the household and family responsibilities alone can take a toll on your mental and emotional wellbeing.

It can also be challenging to feel like anyone truly understands the unique experiences and struggles of being a military spouse. Many civilians may not understand the sacrifices you make, and it can be isolating to feel like you're walking on eggshells or trying to navigate unfamiliar social dynamics in new communities.
But I want you to know that you are not alone. There is a community of military spouses who have been in your shoes and understand the challenges you face. By supporting one another and sharing resources and advice, we can help ease the burden of this lifestyle and strengthen our families in the process.
I admire your resilience and dedication to your loved ones in the military, and I am grateful for your service to our country as well. Your sacrifices do not go unnoticed, and I am here to support you as you navigate the intricacies of being a military spouse.
